2. Eligibility and Registration

To create and maintain a to999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. to999 strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing to999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current employee or contractor of to999, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your to999 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. to999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure.

Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact to999 customer support immediately. to999 will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity pending resolution.

Account Verification (KYC)

to999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point — including before processing a withdrawal, after reaching a specified transaction threshold, or as part of a routine compliance review. Verification may include providing a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and confirmation that the payment method used is registered in your name. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your to999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method subject to KYC being complete and no active bonus funds being attached to the account. to999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account — and retain any balance — where a breach of these Terms is established, including fraud, bonus abuse or provision of false registration information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

to999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted where available. The minimum deposit is ৳100. to999 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply its own charges which are outside to999's control.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your to999 wallet in real time for bKash and Nagad, and within standard processing windows for bank transfers. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any transaction fees incurred in the process. to999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any deposit source.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by to999 within 24 hours of the request being approved, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirement remaining on the account. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used to fund the account wherever possible. to999 may request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000 in a single transaction. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals and bonus amounts on to999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). to999 does not operate multi-currency accounts. If you initiate a payment via a service that converts from a foreign currency, the exchange rate and any conversion fees applied are the sole responsibility of your payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

to999 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully completed the registration process and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus is subject to a stated wagering requirement (rollover). The wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on the individual promotion page.

• Promotional offers are time-limited. Once a promotion has expired, it may not be claimed retroactively. to999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use and Player Conduct

By using to999 you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play and the integrity of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated bots, scripts or any software that artificially generates bets or interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or misquoted odds in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent payment chargebacks or any activity intended to use the platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false name, false date of birth or using another person's identity documents.

to999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. Where evidence of criminal activity is identified, to999 will report the matter to the relevant authorities and freeze any associated account balances pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the to999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software and the compilation thereof — is the property of to999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license or create derivative works from any to999 content without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if to999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. to999's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your to999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
